Perforce ignore subdirectories with p4ignore -


i have .p4ignore file , job part trying ignore subfolders not seem work.

# ignore .meta, csproj files @ moment  *.meta .ds_store # ignore these folders data library obj # ignore these subfolders resources/subfolder1 resources/subfolder2

the resources folder in same directory .p4ignore yet still checks out subfolder1 , subfolder2 changelist. ignores data, library , obj. missing?

in experience, need append /** in order perforce ignore contents of directory, in example:

resources/subfolder1/** resources/subfolder2/**
