php - Paypal Invoice not sending VAT and Item Name to customer -


i having oscommerce website. sending vat , item name paypal , on successfull purchase sending invoice customer there no option of vat added , item name purchased. can tell me why happening? doing on live paypal

have set vat on paypal account items selling?

if not please follow steps below. if have , showing please review settings ensure there no changes.

you can customize vat rate charged on sales paypal account. shopping cart software can take rate , add final price of sales.

paypal won’t charge vat on payments unless select option , specify rate.

to select setting on account:

log in paypal account

  • click ‘profile’ near top of page.
  • click ‘my selling preferences’. under ‘selling online’ click ‘update’ next vat.
  • click ‘add new sales tax’ in domestic or international section add new rate.
  • enter rate , click ‘continue’.
