docusignapi - Locking field properties so Docusign Sender Users are unable to modify settings -


my company using docusign integration salesforce , going have multiple team members sending same template via salesforce. once template sent out, recipient asked revise field inaccurate data.

the docusign template has been created fields assigned signer role. fields in template not shared, when template opened team member not see fields in sidebar; instead, see default docusign fields (such signature, signer attachments, full name, etc)

my question, though: has else tried find way lock fields on template properties can not accessed or changed, however, @ same time keep field value editable sender , recipient?

this solved: click "lock" checkbox under "template tag attributes" in field settings when placing them in template.
