watchkit - Live HeartRate Stats on iOS from AppleWatch -


is somehow possible live stats apple-watch users heart rate? callbacks on watch long app open , screen active. can send them phone using wcsession.

but having live stats on phone without watch being turned on not possible, right?

i have query healthstore after workout completed? , how long have wait on phone after finishing workout on watch heart-rate data synced? best practice add heart-rate data gps trackpoints record? query healthstore time after activity , try match points timestamp?

any advice or tipps welcome :)

if start hkworkoutsession on apple watch results written healthkit in 5 second intervals (even if watch screen off). data automatically synced apple iphone in same 5 second intervals. if create health kit streaming query on iphone, should able "near live" stats. take @ this answer more details on how create streaming health kit query.
