geometry - Calculate minimum distance between two lines and two arc -

i have 2 problem first how calculate minimum distance between 2 lines. details attaching image here.

in image describe line start , end point. have start , end point both lines not getting idea how calculate minimum distance between 2 lines.

otherwise, want calculate endpoint of 1 of line other one. if want calculate distance between point , line :

it length of line segment joins point line , perpendicular line.

for arcs think arcs part of circles, distance between them distance between center points , minus radiuses.
