subdomain - CNAME forwarding in Bigrock isn't working -


i have domain in bigrock , app in scalingo. intend mask scalingo app domain. have deleted previous records of bigrock domain , updated cname records in bigrock. working naked domain, isn't working www subdomain. www subdomain in records.

the problem simple. in scalingo dashboard, not supposed add naked domain, subdomains want app give access e.g. if want yourapp.scalingo.io masked both yourdomain.com , www.yourdomain.com, have add both yourdomain.com , www.yourdomain.com in domains of scalingo app dashboard.
