is possible create live event using video file instead of web camera? don't see option in live event creation

for doing directly on youtube: no

for doing encoding video file , push youtube in real time: yes

how do?

try wirecast play. live-feed console free limit. other rtmp server may work. 1 of them ffmpeg. tried before , can ensure works. it's backend command line. more functionality, need front-end app(you can stream/pipe ffmpeg).
