javascript - How to implement this example of plotly? -

i want use write webpage, plotting data , support adding notes clicking, shown example in url above. problem don't know how implement it. code function provided , don't know how run it. copy them html file see nothing.

i recommend have @ basic html , javascript first. after check out getting started page of plotly.js: getting started

it shows 2 different ways on how include ploty.js lib on website , provides helloworld example starting point if interested in plotly.js

nevertheless without provided code shows tryed hard you. seems problem basic html , js, start learning basics first.
