Visual Studio 2012 Blue Warning icon in Solution Explorer -


i have solution in visual studio 2012 containing projects of different types web projects show little blue warning icon in solution explorer. there's no warning messages in list of errors. building process doesn't show error. have been trying find reference issue, missing file or library seems right. blue warning icon means?

i found searching same problem, except situation vs2015.

based on @macleod commentary, verified did have pending changes project since had upgraded new version of azure sdk.

i stashed changes (i'm using git) and, know, icon went away.

it seems besides regular "red checkmark" icon, blue icon used signify have pending changes on file versioning system.

(disclaimer: have not been able find trustworthy source on possible icons , mean, anecdotical data based on tried , able see.)

Ruby on Rails, ActiveRecord, Postgres, UTF-8 and ASCII-8BIT encodings -
