teamcity - Team City 9.1.3 and IIS 8.5 Win2k12 r2 URL Rewrite -


i've installed team city 9.1.3 on win2k12 r2 server. can tc going http://localhost:8080 - works should , no issues.

however, access tc browser within company. don't want remote desktop tc, followed instructions here, cannot tc through domain. domain http://teamcity , bound 10.* ip address since don't want public. reply when ping "teamcity." should public ip?

the server fresh vm created yesterday , there no other sites on it. server on domain , can remote desktop it.

is there need associate http://teamcity or ip address server?

as test, associated default web site in iis new domain , ip address. if navigate either ip address or domain in browser on server, not take me default web site. nor work if same desktop.

any appreciated.

update: sys admin fixed issue. ip not bound server. fixed issue, working should now.
