iis - Forbidden: You don't have permission to access /script.php on this server. (but only sometimes) -


i have web application clients deploy on iis servers. 1 particular client has issue forbidden: don't have permission access /script.php on server. error. when try access script.php

the trouble script.php called many times in application , in 1 part of application (a form submit) above error . in other instances works.

any ideas why this error appear? need check?

Ruby on Rails, ActiveRecord, Postgres, UTF-8 and ASCII-8BIT encodings -
