Xcode 6.2 won't update to 7.0.1 -


i updated xcode 7 app store, when open xcode version still shows 6.2? 6.2 previous version. had update mac os mavericks yosemite in order install version 7 did.

additionally, when got apple developer member center , click on xcode version 7.0.1 takes me app store , app store update button states open, when open version states 'version 6.2 (6c131e)' what's going on?

no idea happening, same thing happened me. tried enabling apstore debug menu , resetting things, nothing tried worked. ended uninstalling xcode (just put in trash , empty) , installing fresh fixed me.

i had had version 7 beta alongside app store xcode (6.3 in case), maybe part of problem?

Ruby on Rails, ActiveRecord, Postgres, UTF-8 and ASCII-8BIT encodings -
