Video Transcoding Validation/QA -


i'm looking way programmatically validate encoded videos free of artifacts (video , audio). can't seem find resources on topic.

anyone know helpful software/libraries/tools?

for windows experimented [1] once , able provide psnr statistics. not free or open-source, though.

for linux, may give [2] try.

Ruby on Rails, ActiveRecord, Postgres, UTF-8 and ASCII-8BIT encodings -
