SharePoint designer workflow not sending duplicate emails -


i have 2 sharepoint sites mirror of each other, when add item in old site added new 1 , vice versa, have workflow set on list(in both sites) triggered email when item created. when add item recieve 1 email instaed of 2 email(1 old , other mirror site). let me know if more information needed.

check workflow settings (creating new item start workflow should checked). view internal status workflow items on site have problems workflow. debugging purposes add logging (writing messages workflow history).
