Running PHP in browser for fake ip voting? -


been trying use this: https://github.com/kylinwu/strawpollvotebot fake strawpoll votes, ive has no experience php cam here seek help. how run script?

if have xampp or etc, open command line on windows , go below path:

 cd c:\xampp\php\

now can run, php command in cmd ( file must placed in above path ): 

 php update_proxies.php
