How to change the device owner on a Domain Joined Azure AD Device? -


i attempting roll out windows 10 pro upgrade in office of small business. set laptop myself first user, added actual daily user, delegate admin rights user. according azure ad site global admins , device owner automatically device local admins, in case user neither. can delegate permission or make device owner after initial domain join?

also, using azure ad basic (no funding premium).

thanks help!

instead of changing owner, upgraded local account administrator through usual win 10 settings.
