excel - User denied access to file stored in sharepoint from SSRS link -


i have set of ssrs reports on sharepoint via users can access several excel / pdf files , can export reports excel / pdf. 1 of users has contacted me when ssrs action links directly file gets error message saying:

error: access denied current user signed in as: *********

he has said able export other reports excel , pdf, , problem occurs when report goes straight file. far both can see user has full permissions.

can why may be?

i see unauthorized errors when user tries open link , opens chrome/firefox since don't pass ad authentication sharepoint. problem in case?

also i'm not sure how checking permissions, navigate file in question , "check permissions" dropdown menu emulate specific user.
