api - Programatically add in-app purchase for Android -


i building android application (with phonegap) users able purchase in-app items unlock content.

this content added through back-office, , if user purchases it, able download , display in application.

my question is: can programmatically add in-app purchase item (with api ?) android developer account when creating content back-office ?

excel - I can't get the attachement of the email PHP -
